Weekly Message from the Pastor - June 22, 2018

June 22, 2018

Dear Friends,

Summer has officially started. This is a season where we experience a different rhythm from the other times of year – perhaps a bit more leisurely pace. This less hectic time might be a good time to reflect on how things are going in our lives – kind of a mid-year assessment. Are there places in your life that you feel need some attention? A tenuous relationship? A physical concern? Job challenges? Money worries?

This Sunday we will begin the series: Fixer-Uppers. We will explore how God works in our lives to awaken us to places in our lives that need some attention; and to invite us to draw on God’s grace and renewing Spirit to guide and help us in our life fixes.

I look forward to worshiping with you this Sunday. This Sunday at the 10:00am, Come Alive service, we will send off our middle school-aged missionaries who go to serve the people in Romney, West Virginia.

Come and join us in praying for this team and their adult leaders.

Yours in Christ,
