Saturday, May 30th – Boy Scout Garage Sale – Come and discovers some hidden treasures

Sunday, May 31st Worship @ 8:45am and 11:15am.  This Sunday is our observance of Pentecost.  Message:  Earth, Wind, and Fire.

Adults Small Groups at 10:00am 

BEGINNING THIS SUNDAY –  A NEW Adult Small Group

“Forgiveness”, a 4-session study, led by Jeff Haynes.  Have you ever found it hard to forgive yourself when you know you’ve hurt someone else?   Has there been a time when you found his hard to forgive another person?  People say “forgive and forget”, but is that possible?   Come and join in the discussion. 

  • Also offered,  “Making Family Time Meaningful”   Discussions around Family priorities, traditions and values.  
  • Women’s Bible Study 
  • Youth Activity @11:00am.  Following Sunday school we will go to Cathy Norberg’s house for lunch and then make cards for our homebound members and those serving in the military.  

Tuesday, June 2nd – Pastor’s Hours @ Panera on Liberia, 12:30pm to 3:00pm. Join Pastor Linda for coffee and conversation.  What’s on your mind?

Wednesday, June 3rd – United Methodist Women’s Potluck Picnic@ 6:00pm at Marilyn Lucas’ home.    All women in the church are welcome.

Covenant Bible Study will NOT meet this week.  Join us the next week, 6/10, at we discuss the book of “Job”.  Explorers, the curious, and the questioning are welcome.   

June 4th  @ 6:30pm  Community Life Workshop. Learn about Annie Sloan Chalk Paint led by  Janet Metzger.   

Sunday, June 7th – Graduation Sunday.  At both services we will celebrate our graduates from High School and  College.  Please provide the graduate’s name and the school from which they are graduating.  

June 9th – The Buckhall community votes at Buckhall UMC as our church serves as a polling place.
