Duration: 19 mins 23 secs
This Sunday we begin a series, "Living with No Regrets." When you think of the word "regret," what comes to your mind? Sometimes we hang onto regrets and those regrets can shape future actions. This can be either positive or negative. Our mistakes that cause regret can often teach us something. Other feelings of regrets weigh on our hearts. In a passage from Philippians, Paul has some healthy advice regarding how we can respond to regrets. In the following weeks, we will talk about ways we can experience, if not regret-free living, then perhaps a life with fewer regrets.

How is your prayer life? Prayer is a way we communicate with God. Through prayer we lift up our concerns, our joys, give thanks, ask for forgiveness, seek guidance, calm our spirits, and ask God to act in a certain situation. Prayer can happen in silence, while meditating on a verse of scripture, praying with prayer beads, or walking along a path. It is not so much "how" we pray, but "that" we pray.
