This Sunday we begin a series, "Living with No Regrets." When you think of the word "regret," what comes to your mind? Sometimes we hang onto regrets and those regrets can shape future actions. In a passage from Philippians, Paul has some healthy advice regarding how we can respond to regrets. In the following weeks, we will talk about ways we can experience, if not regret-free living, then perhaps a life with fewer regrets.

Prayer can happen in silence, while meditating on a verse of scripture, praying with prayer beads, or walking along a path. It is not so much "how" we pray, but "that" we pray.
