Musical Opportunities abound at Buckhall.

Adult Choir

The Adult Choir at Buckhall is made up of twelve members.  The choir’s primary purpose is to assist in the musical leadership of Sunday morning worship by supporting the congregational singing of the service music and hymns, and by offering an anthem on behalf of the congregation.  The choir works hard and enjoys its work.

Our repertoire and our individual skill levels are wide.  If you enjoy singing, can match pitch (music reading is a plus), and believe that this group might be a place to offer your gifts, please talk to a member of the choir or the music committee for more information.

The choir sings at every 8:45 a.m. service excluding summer services, as our numbers are somewhat diminished because of vacations and other escapes.  We welcome "Sunday Morning Singers" who would like to join us for rehearsal.  Music is generally easy and can be learned quickly, so if you've been thinking about giving choir a try, spring is a great time to put your toe in the water.
We rehearse each Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Church.  Please feel free to join us at rehearsal if you are interested in participating!!!!

Do you play a guitar, flute, trumpet, sax, clarinet, violin, or even a cello?  Are you a percussionist?  If you have an instrument gathering dust in the attic, please consider getting it our and sharing your skills with Buckhall.

Instrumentalists are needed on an ad hoc basis for Sundays and special services.  Tell Don Frazier or Susan Hunter about what you might have to offer.

Your opportunity to contribute to Buckhall’s musical ministry occurs each Sunday as you sing out loud and clear, raising your voices in praise and thanksgiving.  Your vocal support means a great deal to the clergy, the congregation and the choir.  For this we are thankful!
